Clean. Unfortunately the windows don’t have room darkening shades, the bed was old and uncomfortable. Room service came in after I asked them not to with the Do not disturb sign in the lock clearly presented, only to have to tell the nice person to leave as my fiance was in the shower and about to come out naked. Not good for more than a one night stay.

Very nice large room with great views. However the white bathroom floor grout had visible stains (some dark brown) over the entire bathroom floor. Grout needs to be steam cleaned and re-sealed. Nozzles of tub jets were visibly dirty. Room 339

I had a very late arrival because of long travel and the Owner graciously met me after the hotel had closed and gave me my key. This is east of Yale by about half an hour drive and I stayed here for Yale graduation. The room was large, clean, and spacious, and there was adequate parking. The premises felt safe for a lady solo traveler. Would highly recommend, especially for any Yale function because it is an easy drive, very findable. Many thanks to the Owner!

Really nice property and very helpful staff. Area around the hotel is pretty, with lots of places to sit and watch the geese. Rooms are okay--be sure to get a "suite" or a double, as the single rooms are very small. Bathing facilities are pretty rudimentary--could use a shower seat or a bathtub. "Breakfast" is weak coffee and orange or apple juice.
