I would say for other travelers going to this house, make sure the fans and AC unit up stairs are on. The bed in the loft room can get warm in the summer months if they are not turned on due to the beautiful natural light that you get at this house. Other than that, this was a great stay!

We stayed here for a wedding across the street at Saybrook point and it was perfect! This is the house directly next to the Saybrook Point guest houses, so if you happen to know people staying there, this puts you in amazing proximity. Besides the impeccable location, Kristen could not have been kinder or more helpful. We had asked if we could check in early to get ready for the wedding and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was friendly, responsive, and understanding.The house is so cute—it has so much character and has so much incredible natural light. You can watch the sunrise in the morning on the porch!! It was clean, and perfect for what we needed for our stay. Kristen even stocked it with some waters and local coffee for us! Highly recommend this spot—we’d love to come back!
