Everything was fine. We didn’t get to use the amenities. We were here for the weekend and attending Wharton graduation. We did request extra towels for your room and took over an hour and 3 phone calls And our room was never cleaned. Maid service knocked on our door at 430pm and we were about to get ready for dinner. So definitely needs to be done earlier in the day. Elevators took forever …. Didn’t seem like the hotel was that busy. So not too sure why that is. Otherwise the stay was fine. Room was clean. It was OK for a 2 night stay !

We like staying here because of the location. The staff is friendly and nice and try’s to help when they can. Our room was comfortable but the couch and carpet needed a deep cleaning. We return even when things are not perfect. The breakfast is very good but where I usually have it included was asked to pay. I was thrilled to see a gluten free toaster.

“The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the appearance of the property. The pool area especially was not well maintained, and the pool water was very cloudy — almost like blue mud. This was my first time staying here, and while the customer service was great, I’m not sure I would return.”
