"We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our family of 12 at Mermaid Cove and couldn't have had a better experience. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to spread out between the lanai, living room, media room, and library. The views are GORGEOUS!!! Between the beach right outside the gate and the pool, our grandkids had the best time! We truly can't wait to stay there again."

"The house was very accommodating. It features an open air main floor housing the kitchen, dining, and living room. With the large openings, we stayed cool and comfortable. A first floor bathroom was available. The house held many pool toys and beach toys in the main floor closet. The first level bedroom was accommodating and its were the elderly couple that joined us stayed. A/C worked great in all the rooms. The laundry on the main floor was a great feature. The second floor had two suites. First suite was comfortable and had its own bathroom. The second suite (second floor) was massive with two additional bedrooms. It had the best view from the balcony and held a family of 5 with ease.The house was clean and well stocked. The view of the rocks and ocean were breathtaking from the main floor and second. Third floor bedrooms had a beautiful 360 view and it was an awesome place to watch the fireworks. The pool was saltwater and temperature was perfect. While we didn’t use the hot tub much, it worked well and was accommodating. The property had plenty of space for our party of 9. The host answered questions in a timely manner. Make sure to walk to the seawall to the baby beach if you stay here. We did have the luxury of exploring the tide pools in front of the property before the tide was high. We discovered many life forms! Including crabs, snails, eels, and much more. The chefs kitchen was well stocked with appliances and we cooked many meals while on the island"
