"The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. Further training is needed in order to help guests. However, the location of the hotel was beautiful, away from the downtown Canmore, and very clean. It had a nice shared recreation room with a large t.v., tables for card games, pool table, and even quiet rooms one can use to do work. Shared BBQ space was great as well. Pool was smaller than expected but had a beautiful view of the mountains."

"Not truly an apartment - it’s a hotel room with a kitchenette (no oven). Wi-fi available, for a fee. Had to go outside to see the view - the room we stayed in was the opposite side from the mountain view where a new building was under construction (which became active/noisy at 7am each day). The bed was very comfortable, free laundry facility was nice and location very convenient to Banff Nat Park."
