Me gustó las atenciones del staff son muy amables y serviciales, la comida muy buena y variada, buen ambiente las piscinas y playas limpias, las distintas actividades que realizan mantienen a los visitantes entretenidos está céntrico, cerca del Atlantis y del downtown. Lo único que no me gustó es que mi habitación encontramos cucarachas en dos ocasiones. Y el piso que nos tocó el 15 estaba un poco antiguo la decoración.
