The drinks were generously large, and the bar prices much better than other hotels. Will definitely stay again!" The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left the resort to prevent future guests from being exposed to the same problem. Unfortunately, the management never returned my call. To make matters worse, several female staff members in the restaurant and bar by the beach were extremely rude. Clearly not worth the money spent."
