Old Cathedral of Cartagena

Both the Hotel and our host Carmen,were all we hoped for,The hotels location is majestic and the building is traditional and very tastefully decorated,we both felt most welcome and happy to be there.Now looking forward to return in September. This was a great property in a great location, just steps from the beach. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite with an ocean view. My only complaint was that the wifi didn't work, was weak, or was slow.

Six night stay with two kids. It was a bit out of the way. The property was nice enough, once the construction is complete, will be a lot more comfortable. Our room had a strange smell, this was the last stop of our two month trip and we really did not feel like moving rooms, so we didn't say anything, but it was not a pleasant smell. Room spacious, appreciated the bath tub. Expedia advertised a fitness room but that was not true. We loved the pool. Restaurant food was excellent. No complaints about the breakfast buffet! Helpful staff. Would stay again (hopefully in a room without a smell).
