It would be helpful to know in advance that there are two different Leonardo properties. I phoned one before arriving and was told there is no shuttle to the hotel, then my taxi driver took me to the wrong building, and I had to walk across a busy road in high temperature with luggage, with limitations to my mobility that are not obvious to staff, but certainly affect me

Brewdogs Kennels shares their accommodation areas with another hotel. They need to state clearly, the instructions for check in, as the other hotel is not accommodating to Brewdogs guests, even though they share a lobby and elevator. The receptionist did not allow a little earlier check in evem though the Brewdogs person said he would, and that we were the only guests being accepted that day. The receptionist told us that they have nothing to do with Brewdogs. The same receptionist even turned away two guests around the same time who made effort to check into the Authenum Hotel.
