"The room I stayed in wasn’t very clean but I had driven in from Ft Worth for a funeral and was very tired. I made sure the sheets were clean and decided I could stay. The a/c unit made terrible noises. The chair was dirty and something was on the carpet I couldn’t identify. After I started to see a few flying bugs I went to the front desk and he changed my room. The next morning I discovered the new room had no shower curtain, no coffee maker, no blow dryer and neither room had telephones in them. I was told by the manager I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through Expedia but that he would see if he could get a voucher for a free night at any best western, which I will never stay in again, but I haven’t heard anything from him in almost 2 weeks. It was a literal nightmare staying here."

"This is a brand new property and it is wonderful! Very modern with lots of tech connections for all our devices! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room decor and flooring was fabulous. Bathroom had separate shower, separate toilet and sink in-between. Lighted mirror in front of sink. Just a great room all around. We definitely will be back! PS. Hotel was separate from the Casino--so you didn't need to through the slots to get to your room."

"I had a great stay at Americas Best Inn. The hotel was very quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The staff was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. It was the perfect hotel for a short stay and made the experience comfortable and stress free. They did serve breakfast from 6am to 9am which was nice, but after breakfast hours there were no lunch options or vending machines available, and the snacks, water, and sodas were cash only. Other than that small inconvenience, everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay again and truly appreciate the great service from the staff!"

"Might've been bad luck for the hotel as well as myself, but during the stay the ac in the room kept freezing over. One of the elevators broke down. One of the doors to outside was out of order. The ice maker on the floor I was on was out of order. Plus being next to the stairs, the door slammed so loud and often it was quite annoying. The staff tried to help with the ac issue, but the hotel was sold out so no extra available rooms for the stay."

"The first room: AC would not cool the room. It would operate for about 2-3 minutes and then cycle off for ~ 10 minutes, while the room was in the 80s and the unit was set for 73 (would not go lower). Bathroom had long hairs in the shower and sink. And...there were bed bugs. Mattress had blood stains and obvious tracks from other infestations. Second room: Bathroom had large cracked tiles, long term stained and worn down bath tub / sink. But new matresses! And...AC that did the same thing as the first. Units are locked out in the mid-70s, but do not measure the room's air temp at all. Would not recommend this place unless it's your only option."
