Good afternoon. I believe this property is uniquely shaped and encircles a beautiful courtyard, with scenic parks a minute away. Those are few things to enjoy. What makes unique?

This place IS noisy during day time due to construction. Not pleasant. Try telling construction workers to keep it down. Not a fun response.

I'm afraid when you come to Kelowna on a Friday night, this area, guests usually are grateful for a basic room at BELOW 100/ night. You received a kitchen unit on the second floor. A far cry from basement living. Thanks for the review. Next time, lets keep it honest.

I'm sorry you had to go through that smell. It was strong. You should not have been offered that room. Though the office closes for foot traffic, there is always staff here (ring the doorbell, or call office) who should have helped right away. The smell is gone, if its any consolation. I hope we can get another chance to make things right. Congratulations on the upcoming birth! Good luck.

I'm sorry to hear this. We don't have old pillows (just lumpy).The beds are hit-or-miss. Some rooms have have softer beds, others harder. Well, thanks for not listing us as your worst stay. Times change, maybe you can try us again, for the first time.

Thank you. There are some UNRELATED family's staying here throughout the year. This is an issue caused by insufficient affordable housing brought on by our government. Motels being used for temporary housing is a terrible option. But its what's being done to most motels and hotels.

Could I get a list of grievances?

Apologies. Soundproofing would price us out of the affordable bracket (and into bankruptcy bracket). The best available option we have is a stern phone call nowadays. And that only works with respectable grownups. Hope to see you again

Thank you. Sorry with cleaning concerns. As much a we are trying, some times individuals make rush cleaning decisions. It's just not a fire able offense in this era anymore. I hope your next stay you won't go through that again.
