No need to go far while staying in this newly built home! Please be sure to make arrangements to have a rental golf cart delivered for your arrival! The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines. Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. Although there were community pools every block it was nice to sit by the pool, have cocktails, and relax.Inside and outside are very quiet. We appreciated the laundry facilities and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, too. The pool is lovely! Unfortunately, it didn't get a lot of use, due to poor weather. We loved our week there. We took the golf cart everywhere. However it is a little far are from thing as of now. But it’s growing. Our place was nice.
