As is the case with most hotels in Europe, the air conditioning does not operate at this time of year; they fail to take into account—at the very least—those tourists who are accustomed to using it regardless of the season. The room was very basic, despite the fact that we were informed we had received a free upgrade—I would hate to have seen the most basic room.

Hotel was very good and in a great location, especially for the train station. It was easy to get to from the airport. Staff were helpful. Room was a good size, clean and had tea and coffee making facilities. We all enjoyed the breakfast, which had plenty to choose from. Would recommend

Highly recommend!!! Front desk staff was exceptional—always friendly, professional and helpful. On the day of a downpour, they provided each of us with a large umbrella, free of charge. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds and showers were great!! Mountain View from our balcony was beautiful! Full breakfast included with many delicious choices—something for everyone! Location was excellent! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely experience; your resort set the bar high for the rest of our trip! 😊

Staffs at reception desk are welcoming and helpful for my stay at Interlaken. The breakfast is included which is also impressive for its premium qualities and varieties.

The staff are excellent helpful and friendly . The room was a little small. Everything worked okay . Lost one star for the room size that is all .
