Everything was great! The only minor bump in the road was check in. There was a long line, but they moved as quickly as they could.

The building and room were clean. The check in staff was nice and very helpful. The only difficulty we encounter with the staff was the night before we were to leave. My husband and I stopped by the front desk to check shuttle times because we had a flight the next day at 5:20 am. When my husband asked the elderly gentleman what time did the shuttle run, he answered very curtly every 15 minutes. It was like my husband was bothering him. The other problem iI had with them was that I paid for some upgrades from my last visit and didn't receive them. If you stay here, don't upgrade. You will only be disappointed. Staff was so nice. Manager greeted people at breakfast. Owners seem to really care about how they can improve. Felt cared about. Clean. Typical Hilton.
