"Not a great experience. Got our room and instantly saw a cockroach in the shower. Went and told the desk and they said, we know, sorry and did nothing si we went and bought roach traps and powder ti make sure. Went swimming on the last day and there was a huge roach by the pool. Lobby smelled like sewage, the air conditioning was not cold enough. No vent in the bathroom and really dirty floors. Would not recommend staying here"

"We have stayed at The Graduate in Cincinnati more than a dozen times. This stay we booked 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are great…comfortable beds and spacious living areas. However one room received room service the first day (making beds & straightening the bed), the other did not. We asked at the desk and they apologized and took down our room number. The 2nd night, the same thing happened, 1 room just towel service, the other, nothing. I don’t mind not having my bed made, but clean, dry towels are important when there isn’t a great place to let them hang to dry. Graduate, you can do better."

"The staff was great very helpful and friendly Breakfast was okay due to me not eating pork they didn't have an alternative at the time the room was nice and spacious I had the balcony room the river view was beautiful would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone"

"The location is great for downtown downtown if you are mainly is sightseeing and visiting there. In-N-Out parking is available at $46 a day. We were not expecting that price. The staff while Pleasant was a little inexperienced and dealing with problem solving. The toilets in the common areas were overflowing not sure why. The room was nice the bed comfortable, but the price was high. The Marriott always offers a comfortable stay, but this was the first time I feel like I paid more than what I received. No housekeeping is available unless you request request it. When we asked for additional pillows, we had to get them ourselves from reception. The additional towels and washcloths were brought to us in garbage bags seemed “suspect”. The noise level was loud both from outside noise, cars, music, etc., and internal noise from the loud AC. Also, the AC was so cold. It was just no way to find a good common ground. You were either in a scene from frozen or just dealt with the humid room."
