In the heart of Ogunquit village, east side of Route 1, walk to the famed Ogunquit Beach, shops & restaurants easily & safely on beautiful new side walks. Newly renovated for 2019 with ALL NEW furniture and hotel style linens, new appliances, etc. Be the first to stay and relax in this completely renovated and modernized beautiful home. Large backyard with deck, patio & firepit in a sought after neighborhood. 3 bedrooms each with a king bed, living room with new memory foam queen sofa bed and Loft with queen memory foam sofa bed and twin bed. 2 1/2 newly renovated bathrooms, washer & dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, outside grill & lounge chairs.

1/2 Mile stroll to downtown & beaches (no need to pay $30 for public parking!)


East of Route 1 means no crossing congested streets!

Just north of the center of Ogunquit allows quick access to numerous restaurants in Wells as well (you won’t need to drive thru downtown Ogunquit traffic once you arrive).

Trolley stop 500 feet down the street will take you throughout Ogunquit (seasonal)

Great retreat for families, couples or a getaway with friends.

House is located in a residential neighborhood. It is well suited for guests looking for a quiet getaway vacation. House is NOT suitable for parties and therefore parties are strictly prohibited. We ask that guests respect neighbors with 9:00pm quite hours outdoors. Guests who ultimately disturb neighbors will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.

All new furniture with hotel linens - we understand what today’s travelers want in a house, so no need to be nervous, all our furniture will be brand new and mattresses encased for allergy-free sleeping! All rugs have been removed and modern floors installed to allow for a clean feel.

Each bedroom has a king bed, great retreat for couples or beds large enough to double up kids. There’s also 2 memory foam queen sofa’s and a nook in the loft with a twin for kids.

All 2 1/2 bathrooms completely updated and renovated for a more modern look.

2 new flat screen TV’s. One 65" in the main living room and a separate 55" one in the upstairs loft with a PS4 so the kids can enjoy their own fun.

Parking for 4 vehicles maximum. Parking on the street is prohibited by the Town of Ogunquit.

This is a beautiful house, in a perfect location. We visited with our 2 teens and my 82 year old parents, and this house served our needs perfectly. My parents never needed to navigate the stairs to get upstairs, my teens both had their owns space/bed, the sectional accommodated all of us, the beds were all super comfortable and the half bath and laundry room were both very appreciated. We were all quite happy staying here and we hope to return again some day.

Fabulous place

This place is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we've ever had! It was IMMACULATELY clean, perfectly located, and wonderfully equipped. I would highly recommend this home to anyone interested in a wonderful vacation with family and friends.

Comfort and location

We stayed for a long weekend and found the house to be super cozy, clean and comfortable, meeting the needs of our family and friends. The location was great - we walked to dinner and downtown which was very convenient as the car traffic going into downtown can be bumper to bumper. Highly recommend this property!

Girls Trip!

This property adorable, clean, and great location! The house has a perfect layout for hanging out and the bedrooms are nicely spaced for privacy and the beds are so comfy. Perfect for our group of 5 high school friends class of '86! Highly recommend!

Ogunquit gem

We had a great stay at this property and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk everywhere and didn’t use our car at all. The house was great and very clean. Deidre was wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay again!

Great family vacation house

The house was perfect for 7 of us. Super clean, well stocked, and great location close to great restaurants and the beach. We really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Deidre was super responsive and very accommodating. We had a great time and would come back.

Wonderful trip to Ogunquit

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Ogunquit. Three couples had plenty of space in this house located a 1/2 mile easy walk to center of town. Everything was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the Solo Stove fire pit in the backyard with comfy outdoor seating on our last night.

Great spot!

We had a great week at the Grasshopper house! Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked and beach towels, wagon and toys were a great convenience. The beach was an easy walk and getting into town on foot saved a lot of time in the downtown traffic. We would stay here again!

April school vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, yet Route 1 was steps away. We enjoyed the backyard for playing Frisbee and in the evening made smores over the firepit. Also, the weather was amazing, so we were delighted that there were beach chairs available in the garage. It was a perfect place to stay for out little vacation!

Family Trip

Nothing bad to say about this property! Clean, spacious, great location, easy walk to town, shops, beach...great deck and yard with brand new grill. Cozy, huge sectional in living room for tv watching, reading, or playing games. Deidre (manager) was easily accessible with any questions we had and super responsive. House is an easy drive to York, Kittery (25 min) and Portsmouth (35 min). But no need to drive far, plenty of restaurants, cafes, stores, shopping in Ogunquit! Definitely a 5 star house!

Amazing Property!!

We stayed early October for 4 nights and absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for our family of 6 and so clean and beautifully updated. It also had everything we could possibly need and so much more. The beach toys, chairs and wagon were a huge plus. Very convenient location to walk to town, the beach and Perkins Cove. Nice, quiet neighborhood too. Deidre was wonderful to deal with and even offered early check in and late check out since it wasn’t being rented before and after. We will most definitely return! Thank you Deidre!!
