  • 1 Bedroom top floor unit w/ King bed + 1 full Bathroom. Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please.
