Everything about his VRBO listing is accurate. While his booking was pricey during our summer stay, he succeeds in providing a premium experience, from the updated interior with a great space for entertaining, to extra parking, a BBQ and picnic area, a lovely enclosed porch and excellent communications. Note that the house is close to Route 1 so adjacent traffic on summer weekends is omnipresent, but it is not audible inside the house. Please also note that the one bathroom is on the second floor. Great beach getaway. The house was a great place for our family to stay. The beach, town, Ogunquit Playhouse, and Marginal Way were all in easy walking distance. The house had beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, wagon), making our walk to the beach a lot easier. It also had an outdoor shower so we could rinse the sand off before coming in the house. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was comfortable, with books and games for the family. The host, Peter, was great - we actually forgot an iPad, and he reached out right away, and made it easy for us to come back and pick it up at the end of our trip. All around a great experience. It was clean and cozy. A great location to walk to beach and the restaurants and stores. It was quiet. The outdoor shower was a favorite. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Jill K.
