A quiet neighborhood and block away from the village, a short hop to marginal way and the beach. The downstairs was spacious, the front porch delightful. The house is centrally located between the town and the beach. We were a short walk from everything. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed to cook a full turkey dinner on Thanksgiving. You do need to make sure you bring your own sugar, spices, oil etc. It is well insulated. If you were upstairs you could not hear the TV or talking downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. You must bring your own towels and linens - make sure you have hand towels and dish towels too. Overall it was a great experience staying at the house and dealing with the owner, Ken. Super clean, great location We were thrilled with our stay at the property! The house was extremely well kept, tastefully decorates, very clean, they even had provided us with extra cleaning supplies to use during our stay due to covid-19 circumstances. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, etc making it easy to eat any meals in. The covered porch was a perfect spacious area for eating a meal or relaxing, the main living area was very comfortable as well. Either upstairs bedroom had plenty of space for a pack’n’play if you’re traveling with small children. The location couldn’t be better for the beach and both the Main Street of Ogunquit or Perkins Cove. Ken was a highly responsive host which was great when we had a quick question. My only minor complaint, if you could even call it that, is the air conditioner upstairs is in the hallway, making it necessary to leave bedroom doors open to cool them effectively, so it got a bit hot if you closed the doors for privacy. It’s an old house though, so I understand cooling options are probably limited. We would 100% book the property again next year! ##### Kristen H.
