  • Wasatch Front Mountain Ski Guest Suite: Ski-Hike-Climb-Kayak-Cycle-Golf-Swim-National Parks, fully furnished unit, private suite-entrance-drive, 180 degree view of Wasatch Front Mountain, 20 minutes to Snow Basin, 30 minutes to Nordic, 40 minutes to Powder Mountain, 60 minutes to Park City-Deer Valley, easy access to 89/84 intersection.


    Fully furnished Guest Suite (entire lower level of property), private suite-entrance-drive, great room with TV-dinning area-glow in the dark billiards & ping pong, wood burning stove, full kitchen: refrigerator-convection oven/microwave-electric stove top-dishwasher-garbage disposal-coffee maker-kitchen essentials (plates, utensils, pots/pans, etc.), washer-dryer combo unit, sleeps 6 comfortably air mattress and pack & play for 7th: bedroom#1 master with king and connecting bathroom, TV, glow in the dark lighting, tasteful-mildly adult themed room (red lighting with one adult novelty item (of which is not visible, is normally covered, and can be removed from bedroom#1 upon request from booking Guest)), bedroom #2 with queen, TV and glow in the dark lighting, bedroom#3 two twins with pack and play , HVAC system: two zone A/C with gas heat, two guest outdoor lower decks with grill overlooking outdoor in ground heated pool with diving board & slide, outdoor spa, trampoline, 10 station ski boot and glove dryer. Pool opened seasonal May ~1 thru Sept ~31 yearly depending on weather and spa open all year round.


    Pets, dogs, cats or other pets welcome, less than ~50 pounds. Private large cul-de-sac type backyard for pets to roam around safely; backyard partially fenced in back and on right side front; no backyard neighbor, no backyard right side neighbor, one backyard left side neighbor.

    Summarizing, “Wasatch Front Mtn Ski Guest Suite” has three bedrooms, 4 beds and sleeps six comfortably with an air mattress for the seventh for those staying overnight. Pets welcome.


    Follow the left driveway to the back of the property and enter the Guest Suite on lower level of the home, white door. Key will be in lock box and lock box communicated in Arrival Guide.

- Gather inside trash and place in blue trash container just outside of door, - Gather used towels and place in hamper, - Gather used dishes, place in dishwasher and run,
- Gather pillows, used sheets and place on each bed; there is no need to make or strip beds, - There is no need to wash any Guest Suite towels, sheets, rugs, nor other,
- Place the one pool box key back in the white bowl, lock the Guest Suite door and place the two door keys back in the lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

- Pool cover and jacuzzi cover must be closed when adult responsible tenants are not outside and/or not in direct view of the pool and jacuzzi.
- After closing pool cover, lock pool cover switch box and stored key in white bowl on top of ski coat shelf - when on the pool slide no standing up
- use of the wood burning stove by adult responsible Guests only and during winter months only - For events greater than ~10 people discuss with Host
