To help you enjoy time away, we lowered or nightly rate by 30% of our regular rates for the spring and summer.

The luxurious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo will sleep up to 4 people, with sleeper queen sofa. It is a spacious 1,100 square feet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. It has granite counter tops, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and much more. The living room has a gas fireplace, Smart 50" TV that can be viewed from kitchen, living room or dining area! Enjoy the breathtaking views of Snowbasin Ski Resort while soaking in your private hot tub located on the balcony. There is also a natural gas grill on the balcony for year round grilling.
The master suite has a new memory foam mattress and cotton or bamboo linens, for a great nights sleep, Smart TV, jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity.

There is a queen memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
The unit is stocked with all cookware, should you decide to cook (well it is a slim possibility), a Keurig latte maker luxurious bed and bath linens, laundry supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Additionally the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

The unit has parking available in the common area, directly across from the unit. Also across from the unit is the community pool,hot tub, clubhouse and tennis courts and trail down to the reservior (lake)

OUR UPDATED CLEANING POLICIES: Of course all our cleaning solutions kill germs and bacteria but most importantly we have installed an air scrubber that runs continuously, thus eliminating all virus and germ particles that can be in the air or on surfaces:) We also use:

which destroys all germs and bacteria in seconds without harm to the air, surfaces or humans. We do this prior to cleaning the unit and after, so that you are entering a pristine environment the moment you enter your vacation get-a-way.
We respect peoples decisions and need to travel and strive to provide the safest accommodations, being that we are trained in OSHA due to our work history.
