This property was the perfect location for our family ski trip to Snowbird. We wanted to stay in Ogden because there are so many restaurant options nearby. The townhome was very clean with spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. The kitchen was well appointed, allowing us to cook a couple of meals during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location, clean and stocked with plenty cookware to enjoy dining in. Our host responded immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property!
Clean, comfortable condo. Hot tub and BBQ both used and were good. Good beds. Good BRs. I would stay here again. Owner was helpful and communicative. Close to Snowbasin ski. Quiet area but very close to shopping and Ogden downtown.

This was the lerfect place for our family. Beda were comfortable, everything was clean and ghe hot tub was perfect after a long day of basketball and sitting in the gym.

Stayed here with my family for a week to ski. The property was exactly as advertised. Neat and clean. Loved the hot tub. It is a four person hot tub and rest assured that when there are 4 people in it, it is a tight fit. However, it was clean, hot, and full of bubbles. Owner was easy to deal with and provided all pertinent information in a timely manner. We had no concerns when we were there so I cannot comment on responsiveness.
Access to Snowbasin is super convenient. Very happy with our stay.

Not as good as advertised
No great mountain views. Part of a complex. Views are of fences and other units. Hot tub/patio/bbq area is totally in public view. BBQ had not been cleaned (ever?); no bbq utensils.
Inside looks nice but is not very functional. Three BR suggests room for 6 but living area has seating for 3, dining seating for 4.
Kitchen/living area was not clean. Glass-top stove had burned-on cooking residue and oven was filthy. We found bits of breakfast cereal and pet food along the baseboards. Kitchen has nice cups, glasses, plates and silverware and a good selection of knives but a poor selection of cookware. The non-stick pans are worn out.
Living area is dominated by a huge TV only 5 feet from the 3 person sofa (think IMAX front row) and any other viewers must sit on dining chairs or stools.
Bedrooms are all on second floor. Mattresses are very comfortable. Master BR is large with private bath and walk-in closet but only one night stand. Other BRs dominated by large furniture. No seating
Second bathroom, shared by 2 BRs is very small; limited counter and shelf space. Hard to imagine 2 adult couples sharing this space. Washer and dryer adjacent to BRs worked well.
Garage is small. We drive the large Mercedes SUV and it barely fit. Couldn't open passenger-side doors. I don't know if a Suburban would fit.
Location is pretty good. Ogden is easy to get around. Ski areas are 30 min away in the summer; 45 to 60 in winter.
“Skier’s dream” is right! My family had a great time staying here; it was a great home base for our ski weekend at Snow Basin. Dennis was very responsive and helpful, as well as had everything we needed to feel at home. Thanks for a great stay!
This VRBO property is fabulous! It was perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay here again. The property manager was very attentive to our questions. The living room area is pretty small, but it was perfect for our needs.
Dennis, the host was great with communication. When we drove in from Snowbasin I assumed I put the address in wrong on the nav. The surrounding area is a little sketchy. The condo complex is it’s own separate little neighborhood and it’s nice with green space.
Private hot tub is a bit of exaggeration. You may not share water with your neighbors but you’re out there with them. The hot tubs are about 15 feet appart with 20 of them around the square.
The dumpster was overflowing for the four days we were there and there’s no recycling.
Upon arrival our unit had not been cleaned. We contacted the host who immediately put us into another like unit just 3 doors down. The advertisement for the unit states that there is a 30% discount. The host explained that this discount is already figured into the cost before VRBO provided a 20% discount. Turns out that the BBQ grill is the guest responsibility for cleanliness and propane. Ours would not light. It had a Keurig AND standard Mr. Coffee style coffee pot. Overall the unit was fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.
