Comfortably housed 3 families. Ideal for groups with kids. One issue was that, the only interior stair cases were narrow spiral staircases. This was difficult for less coordinated members of our party like younger kids and adults carrying infants. One staircase was easily kid proof as there was a built in gate. This was a nice condo. There were 2 condo's with connecting doors. This worked great for my family and all the grand kids. The condo was clean and well equipped. It's very good view of the lake and is close to the state park. The only issue was a little difficulty with one of the door latches, but that was really a small nitch issue. We had 3 families with kids and grandparents all together for the Fourth if July. We loved that all 4 adults had their own room with a king bed.
