"I was led to believe there was one twin and two single beds. The 'single' beds were for small children. There were two of us (adults) so we left and had to book a room in town. We deserve a refund."

"Superb customer support and service, and superb breakfast. The rooms are small but modern. The hotel team is super friendly, there are 3 floors in the hotel and there is no elevator, can you picture a 65 years old man and wife dragging their luggage to the 3rd floor.
