Hotel staff was pleasant, professional & VERY helpful—made dinner resv for us at Nova Casa de Ramiro, a place that’s hard to get! They also found washcloths for us when asked (not normally in European baths). We stayed in the “Queen Isabel” suite—a nice treat up high & private. *ONE NOTE—plan ahead on your luggage. It’s a long tricky walk from the mandatory outside parking areas! But again, WELL WORTH IT!! Be sure to walk the all castle walls, try the sour cherry liquor with chocolate cups! THANKS TO STAFF❣️"
