This property is under excellent management and "good" condition physically. I stayed in a superior family room; one bedroom and a large livingroom for 4 nights. Each room has modern air conditioning units, but substandard 32 inch televisions (old style media reader that won't read USBs or HDs for movies. Main bedroom TV, cannot get to HDMI for laptop setup, but the living room TV HDMI is a little easier. I ended up having to sleep on the foldout sofa in the living room some times. Originally, was put in a twin bedroom, not remodeled yet, paid for the upgrade straight away! Loved the room and staff, Andrei C. Davis

The staff was very helpful for everything I needed. Sometimes I had to wait a long time because not all staff members spoke English. The first room they gave me was not the type I booked - I booked 1 large bed, but was in a room with 2 single beds. They were able to change it the next day. The place is old and looks out of day - could use some updating.

Genel olarak otelin konumu cok iyi, temizlik aslında kötü değil ama siz bir şey rica etmeden onlar çok detaylı yapmıyorlar. En basarılı oldukları yer receptıon, ne sorununuz olursa hemen çözmeye çalışıyorlar. Kahvaltı cok basarılı değil, ama çalışanlar çok çok iyi..

The property refused to accept the fee from Expedia as it included my loyalty points causing great inconvenience. My disappointment is shared between the property and Expedia that have not responded after two days neither refund the points to my account. Thankfully there is no shortage of sites to book hotels.

the location is very good; very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, discos and tram that goes to the railway station. The hotel is also clean. The biggest disadvantage were Turkish people who did not let me sleep two nights - I am regular guest in this hotel ( third time) and always the same problem with Turkish people. The staff are also not very worried about their behavior - very passive. I am not sure if I book the hotel once again - I will book rather an individual apartment

Personel kaba,lobi barda çalışan nicolas ve resepsiyon şefi alexandra çok kaba yazıcıdan öıktı bile almama izin vermedi. Öyle otele o personel yakışmıyor. Bidaha kesinlikle tavsiye etmeyeceğim.

het hotel is dicht bij het strand op loopafstand. de kamer zijn goed ,alleen de hygiene kan beter ,betreft de douche of wc . veel geluiden van andere kamers romdom mijn kamer . het ontbijt is minimaal dit kan beter .de service aan de balie is goed . verder was het redelijk naar wens .

Nice budget hotel near Arcadia area and beach side

Helpfull staff. Very warm room (I was staying in December) for a winter in Odessa. Breakfast average. Room quite confortable, clean. Some difficulties to use the safe (blocked) and fridge (not cooling), but the staff was very kind to help with. Quik check-in and check-out. Very good Wifi. Hotel is far from city center, but with very good & cheap tramway connection (walking distance to public transport station). Big mall just at corner (Silpo, Le Silpo). Very good price overall!

The choice to stay at the OK Odessa Hotel was a good one. The staff were kind and considerate and fulfilled my request in all catagories. I will strongly consider staying here again. The hotel is located in a great place, close to Arcadia (which is the entrance down to the Black Sea) At Arcadia there are many shopping opportunities, food, clothing, specialty shops. There are attractions for the children and adults alike. Access to the Black Sea is simple and easy and comfortable.

Vi betalte fuld pris for 3 værelser hvor vi ikke fik en nats søvn pga. 30 40 råbende arabisk udseende mennesker. På trods af klager hver dag sagde de i receptionen at vi ikke kunne få refunderet noget da vi jo ikke havde klaget. Hvorom alting er, var det både første og sidste gang vi bor på det hotel. Mvh.en meget utilfreds hotelgæst

Der Name ist Programm - das Hotel ist höchstens OK

- Unfreundliches Personal, wenig zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei der Gepäck Aufbewahrung und nicht bereit uns anzurufen, wenn das Zimmer fertig zum Einchecken ist. - Safe funktioniert nicht - Fahrstuhl hat nur wenige Male funktioniert, meistens kaputt und einmal mitbekommen wie jemand stekcdn geblieben ist. - Fitness Raum ist eine Bruchbude und dreckig (Boden schmutzig, Geräte größtenteils kaputt), man wollte mir auch keine Gymnastik Matte leihen, obwohl welche vorhanden sind im Hotel ("nur für Yoga") - Klimaanlage einmal ausgefallen. - Zimmer wurden erst nachmittags aufgeräumt (und das nur sehr unbefriedigend, noch nicht Mal gesaugt oder Dusche sauber gemacht)
