I was very impressed - the ace is nice, clean and is very centrally located, a 1 minute walk to the "Duke" monument. Dozens of restaurants around the corner, great walking places too. What truly made the stay special is the people who work at the front desk. Pleasant, professional, always smiling (not a given in Ukraine) looking to help with any question or request. The cherry on the cake was the present they gave my GF when they've found out it was her b-day. I travel a lot for both business and pleasure. Even in this weird COVID year, I've spent about 60 nights in hotels so far. These three were truly the most pleasant.
