"The staff is exceptional! They truly want you to love your stay here and come back again. The negative? Although it was very clean in our cabin the tub surround was moldy and really needed some fresh caulking. The tub itself and toilet needed scrubbing and bleach. Guests are required to do their own dishes or will be charged $50. So what happens unfortunately is really shoddy dish dishwashing. It’s clearly is done hastily to avoid the fee by previous guests. Thus, dishes, glasses, etc. I’ll need wash washing before you can use them as well as after. Next complaint is that our cabin Eagle’s Nest was advertised as being lake view, and mostly it is, unfortunately a ginormous smelly dumpster is in front of the cabin. We will return because the property is beautiful, but some details truly need attention. Also, there is a big gap under the front door that creates quite a draft. Guests from two years ago noted this in the guest book, but it still has not been taken care of. Beautiful lake and beautiful property will keep us coming back."

"This beautiful home is located in a small town located north of Crater Lake and south of Bend. The home is beautiful and very clean. There is not much near the home for gas, groceries or dining so you need to plan ahead of your arrival. This home was a perfect place for some R&R in between destinations as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This A frame cabin was an A stay for my husband and I. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra linens. You can even see the night sky while in bed. The stars are amazing. Towels are plentiful and like new. Well stocked with all your basic bath and kitchen supplies needed. We ate on the deck among the pines almost every day. The cabin is nestled in a quiet community with easy access to hiking trails for lake views and waterfalls. The deck was a great place to relax and unwind. The open living space is well designed and comfortable to play games, read or watch television. WiFi was not an issue at the cabin or connecting to our streaming services. It was nice to have a washer dryer too. The host thought of a lot of extras that were very much appreciated. They definitely take pride in their “home away from home” and sharing with others. Easy access, great communication and a lot of helpful recommendations."
