Full bath with tub/shower. Stack washer/dryer. The detached two-story apartment offers a first floor with Queen Futon, TV, mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Half Bath. The second level is accessible by a ladder and has 2 Double Mattresses. Private and securely fenced yard for a dog, nice deck and central location. The house is currently listed for sale as well which seems to have impacted the accuracy of the listing. The indoor/outdoor furniture is different and wasn't incredibly comfortable, none of the TVs had service or a streaming device(one had a Roku that didn't work) and the gas grill was non functional/destroyed. There were a few other minor issues like broken blinds and patio door getting stuck.
