Shell Yeah is a centrally located Tiny Home in the heart of Ocracoke, steps from Ocracoke Coffee Co., where you can walk or bike to everything the island offers, or simply kick back under the stars in the large, flora-filled yard. Set on its own private lot at the end of a shared driveway, this cozy retreat comes with a tandem kayak and two paddleboards for exploring the island's quiet creeks and waterways, plus outdoor storage to keep your gear ready to go.

Step through the lit entrance into a bright living area with a couch, Starlink internet, and a mounted Smart TV. The kitchen galley is fully equipped with a propane range, oven, full fridge, Keurig coffee setup, and a washer/dryer combo, so you have everything you need for island meals. Toward the rear, the bathroom features a private sliding door and bright, unique finishes.

Upstairs, the sleeping loft holds a queen bed on one side and two twin beds across and above the living room. The stairs have a bit of a pitch and the ceiling is not standing height above the beds, so please keep that in mind. This cozy retreat is best suited for up to four guests, small families, or couples.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat with individual PTAC mini-split units, ceiling fans, complimentary Starlink internet access, a Smart TV, and washer/dryer.
