CV8B: Studio with Balcony
This second floor studio has a Queen Bed, Twin Sleeper Sofa, full bath with tub/shower, TV, wireless internet access, balcony with a limited view of Silver Lake, table and two chairs, washer/dryer access, and kitchenette with toaster, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink.
Washer/dryer located in the shared entry foyer and is shared with Crow's Nest Villa A.
Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed.
Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with a sauna. Outdoor shower.
Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.
If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with Crow's Nest A which offers a private bedroom with King Bed and full master bath with whirlpool tub with shower. Enjoy a large living room with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, and a screened porch.
