We were a group of 3 couples staying at this beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, our stays were like being home. I really enjoyed if you need a hotel to stay I recommend Quinta Real Hotel.

I liked the location of the Hotel. Close to everything. The personnel was friendly.
The only thing I didn't like is the noise due to the echo in the living areas. Other that that i liked the hotel And if I come back to Puebla again I definitly stay at this property.

At first when I get there took like an hour and half to get my room…staff said room was ready so was a little disappointed…But the hotel was beautiful and brand new built 3 months ago super clean nice rooms very confortable bedding
