We enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Portales. It is in a great location, within a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding, but there was a distinct smell of smoke, particularly in the bathroom, which led us to believe that this may either have been a smoking room (even if we requested non-smoking) or that previous guests ignored the non-smoking directive. Because we could open the window, we were able to “air” out the place, and enjoy it. The bad smell was ultimately a minor inconvenience. We recommend this hotel.

Incredible property with artistic touches everywhere. Extremely comfortable beds, nice towels and available for just about anything you need. The breakfast was our favorite in town. Definitely book here, it’s super special !

This room was excellent. We booked two rooms and they were very clean well furnished with plenty of hot water. I would highly recommend this hotel/hostel as the single rooms were very comfortable, including heat and AC. The meals were very delicious! The restaurant bar met all of our expectations ...
