I had to wait to check out ice cream to my room while an entire family was being checked in. There needs to be a quick room pay for items from the shop. The ice cream was liquid by the time I could get to the counter

The east facing room are a little loud with the train. When sleeping it is best to use the supplied ear plugs.

I like the walkable location of the property but I do not like it is right next to the train tracks. I also was not happy that I get charged for destination amenity fee of $35.00. I did not even use any of the amenity of the hotel. My family just need a bed to sleep in. This amenity fee should be only optional for those who want to avail of it.

Check in was smooth and fast! Breakfast was delish and staff are friendly . Parking is expensive but if you can find a parking by the street then move your car by midnight to a nearby parking then you save rather than paying $45 for overnight parking. Overall great stay!

We liked that the hotel was only a couple minutes walk from the beach. We didn't like the required fees, but the restaurant had good food.

I spent the weekend here and it was nice to park the car on Friday and not need it until I left. The property is modern and super clean. The staff were great. Parking is $25 a night and they offer free bike rentals. I highly recommend!

They dont offer water and the only filtered water is on the 6th floor in the gym. Not even bottled water in your room that you could purchase.

This property was 2 blocks from the beach. Clean comfortable room, with room for a family of 5. Close walk to restaurants, bars, and shops in the downtown town area.Staff was amazing and very helpful free breakfast was good,roof top pool area was great. Would definitely stay there again

Fun one night stay

I booked this hotel for a Thursday through Saturday morning before moving into my new home aboard Camp Pendleton, I loved everything about this stay. The rooms were clean and the crew was very helpful and joyful! Recommend this place to anyone visiting Oceanside.

Comfortable and affordable.
Very nice and comfortable room. We stayed in an ocean-view suite and had a beautiful view. Amazing views from the rooftop pool. Decent breakfast is offered with many options.

They are deceptive with pricing!! It is not what Expedia said. It was almost double. Daily $35 fee that must be used at their restaurant and it expires each day. $44 a day for parking.

All in all - very happy
Started pretty rough since they didn't have the room type that I had specifically requested available, but they did whatever they could to make up for it. Location of hotel is fabulous, downtown Oceanside is really a great spot to visit!

The rooftop pool was fantastic with views of the Pacific Ocean. There was a Michelin 1 ⭐️ restaurant, Valle, we dined in one night. The food was delicious and service was top notch. I would recommend the SpringHill Suite and the Valle restaurant.
