"The room was really clean"

"I ran it two rooms. It was very hot. We were on the third floor, no air conditioner. They offered us a rinky-dink fan would not change it to a different room, even though we were there early enough for them to do so they kept saying they would send maintenance and the air conditioner would have to have Freon or be replaced as I’m a property owner and I know it could not just be fixed without putting Free on in anyways needless to say they’re grabbing go breakfast consisted of two bananas and three apples so frustrating"

"The pictures online is not what it looks like they are nice and clean the outlets are falling out of the wall the blow dryer in bathroom was smoking there is no cabana on the deck they place is numb central the black dude got all pissed off cause we needed towels they serve no breakfast u can't get nothing from 1930 through 0730 from office our reservation was for a 1 bedroom suite with 3 beds we got 3 beds but no bedroom the bathroom ceiling was caving in "

"There were roaches in the room and the bathroom floor was so dirty doesn’t look like it’s been washed ever. I had to go purchase sandals just to shower. I had to take my belongings everyday because I was afraid of getting roaches. The smell of roaches was pretty strong around one room specifically. I won’t be staying here again."
