Pacific Villa #1 | Relaxing Oceanfront Patio Views

Built in the 1940s, this remodeled property combines original detailing such as the gorgeous stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling with modern furnishings and an open layout. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze and stunning views any time of day.

Pacific Villas: Unit 1 is located in the 2-story ocean front west building on the 2nd floor. The unit is ocean facing with a spectacular view and is nestled in a small, 6-unit vacation rental complex on the Oceanside Strand.

Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM.
Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM.

Property Details:
- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events.
- Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property.

Terms & Conditions:
PAYMENTS
- Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
- If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
- Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
- Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property

CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.

Awesome location!

We enjoyed our brief stay in this townhouse, located right across the street from the ocean. The views from the balcony were spectacular, we watched surfers, whales, dolphins swimming! We had a great time, and would return again if in the area!

Relaxing!

We loved staying here! The location was fabulous for ocean gazing, walking, and watching the action on The Strand. The property was cozy and convenient for a wedding we were attending. We enjoyed staying here so much that we will consider returning to vacation in the future.

What a view

This was by far my favorite rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, perfect location, perfect views, comfortable bed, up front parking, and beautiful walk to local restaurants, bars, and parks. I already booked another stay. Can’t wait to return!

Cozy, clean, and fun!!

We had a blast staying here for two days. Lauren, our host, gave us amazing recommendations for both food, beverages, and fun things to do. She was so helpful and friendly! We had a wonderful time sitting on the patio listening to the ocean, People watching and enjoying the sunshine and the sunsets! A wonderful place for a couple.

Great Location

Condo is located on the Strand. Close to the Pier and restaurants. Very clean. Could use some dressers. Overall, a very nice unit. Would stay here again.

Lovely small getaway, right on the ocean

This little condo is amazing. Look out the window and the ocean is right there! Solid wifi and amenities, and stellar communication from the property manager Lauren. Aside from cars passing by that really want you to hear their obnoxious music (not the property's fault at all), this was the perfect spot to get away from the hustle for a few days. I'm definitely planning another stay here!

AMAZING!

So quaint, so clean, SO close to the water!! Even though it was coooold outside (mid-November, to be expected!) we were able to sit in the coziness of the living room and listen to the sounds of the ocean and watch the waves lap over the rocks mere feet away. I was so sad to only spend one night at this Villa but we will definitely be back! The property manager is so kind and very easy to work with and super fast communication. Definite 11/10. Thanks for making my 50th birthday one to remember!! :)

Great place. Grocery store a short drive away (Walmart & Stater Bros). Very clean. VERY quick communication with property manager. Sharing the patio with the other property was not an issue as there is a divider. I’ve already recommended this property to friends.

The best location in Oceanside Cali!

Absolutely loved this gem! Right on the water and so perfect! Super clean and warm and inviting! Loved the location from the downtown pier area! Listening to the waves all day and night was awesome! Would come back and stay again for sure! Super great host and excellent communication! We arrived early and they were able accommodate us - so sweet to do that for us! Highly recommend this place to all!

This was a beautiful stay! We were able to check in early, check in and out was easy, and everything was set up so perfectly!! The view is breath taking and the sound of the ocean especially during high tide is captivating. Perfect place for a get away!

Better than the hotels by far!!!

I have stayed in oceanside before, just around the corner at the big name hotels to use up points. Liked the beach and the food scene so decided to come back but found this little gem and i will never ever look at hotels first again. This place had more space, more amentities, better beds, better shower, better everything. AND best of all. The view when you wake up in the morning. The high tide bringing the waves crashing to the doorstep. I never take the time to review a place but this place has to be the best beach front stay ive had in a long time. Will definitely book again. Almost didnt want to review so i can keep this place to myself....
