KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked kitchen and enough seating for 6 LIVING AREA: Plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements for 4\. Flatscreen Smart TV with Cable provided free of charge. BATHROOM: 1-bath unit. Tub/Shower combo SLEEPING: Sleeps 4\. King bed in the Master bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. EXTRAS: Desk area, Shower safety bars, 1 assigned parking space, Smart TV, high-Speed Internet, and standard beach equipment, all included. THE VIEW B205 faces west directly towards the beach and has a wonderful ocean view. You can enjoy the gorgeous views and sound of the waves from both the balcony and bedroom! Sit back and enjoy the breathtaking view from the bar or the small bistro set on the balcony. It's a great spot to drink your morning coffee and enjoy breakfast while being warmed by the sun's rays. It comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a large table that can seat up to six for those who will be entertaining and having additional guests over for meals. LIVING AREAS B205 is furnished with a large sofa sleeper sectional and two accent chairs that your party can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the flat-screen Smart TV where you can sign in to your favorite streaming services and keep up with your favorite shows and cable with 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a brand new (April 2023) comfortable King size bed and additional sleeping arrangements can be made up in the living room with the brand new (April 2023) queen-sized sofa sleeper.
