"We’ve stayed several times only 2 weeks ago and great service unfortunately this time with the two rooms we booked together the Fridge Wooden Door was broken in 629 and the Robes were not in the rooms. I phoned at least 9 times from our room to Housekeeping and Reception and never got through. But when I called from my Mobile I eventually got through for the Robes same thing on checking out. Not at all acceptable bad service."

"Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable. Coffee in room is great and the view from our room was lovely. Comfortable and clean rooms! Would...

"The room was clean and having laundry facilities was great. As for the breakfast it wasn’t great. The hot food.. was cold. The warmers didn’t work well. The scrambled eggs were so runny and wet I ate them once and being vegetarian there wasn’t much to offer for a protein."
