The coffee, water, and snacks in the lobby were very nice to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for navigating the town and dinner reservations (shout-out to Christopher). The only downside was the price. For what it was, I think the price was very high, but was happy with the experience overall."

The manager immediately came to the room, assessed the issue and relocated us with a discount. Professional and courteous. We would recommend"
