It is within walking, biking, or golf-carting distance to beautiful Front Beach and a short drive over the bridge to Biloxi, home to world-class casino resorts. This rare find is located on the second floor of a beautiful first-class duplex. Wellington Penthouse has all the amenities you will need, and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, longer vacations with the family, or just to explore Coastal Mississippi and immerse yourself in the unique culture and vibe of this wonderful community. Wellington Penthouse features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartzite counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals on days you'd prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eat out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots. We were able to walk everywhere. Close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the farmers market on Saturday! It’s also a short drive to the beach to catch the sunset. It is only a few blocks to the beach in very short driving distance and is close to the casinos in gulfport as well. The place is brand new and immaculate. There is a train track close so you can hear the horns and trains as they pass by. They did not bother us too much, but if you are a light sleeper then you might want to keep this in mind. This property was everything we hoped for! Open, airy, modern, and captured the essence of Ocean Springs with beautiful artwork. Safe area and close to everything downtown. We took a girls trip and had plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of bathroom space (us girls need the room!) and the beds were so comfy! The only thing that would make this property even better would be a few more coffee cups and a bit more living room seating. It didnt seem like a concern until late evening when we all wanted a comfy place for pj and wine talks! All the other amenities made our stay very pleasant!
