One thing I loved about the host is that whenever I had a question, they were quick in sending a response.The house was well furnished, and very comfortable, and had good mattresses to sleep on. Even the firepit on the beach was ready for us to use! The only downside was there were overhead lights that were out and needed replacing (lights i couldn't reach.)It is a place I would highly recommend! Hoping to come back again.

Beautiful Beach Retreat

Lovely spacious beach house directly on the Gulf with a private beach and the convenience of an elevator. The home is clean, comfortable and one of our favorite beach destinations.

Making memories

This is our second time staying here. This property is just so beautiful and welcoming. We love the layout of the house. Beautiful windows with views of the water. The bedrooms were all tastefully done. The kitchen and baths were stellar. We look forward to another stay.

We rented this place for a girls trip to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. It was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed. Check in and out was simple. The view was amazing. It was so nice to have coffee and tea available too!!

Perfectly Magical

This was our second stay at Sandhill (we've stayed three times at properties managed by the owners) and it was wonderful once again. We were slightly worried this trip might not live up to the first, but that fear was definittley misplaced! The house was very clean, very well-presented and well-appointed. It was the perfect setting for everything we wanted to do for our beach vacation.

Quiet getaway

The Sandhill Beach House is a beautiful place. Off the beaten path. The neighborhood is very quiet. This is a great house for people that like to stay in and cook. Beach is right out the back door.

Better Than Expected

The house is wonderful! Comfortable and spacious, with lots of natural light. The elevator is a big help when "moving in". The beach was uncrowded and closer than it looks in the pictures. What a great stay!

Perfect Getaway

The photos really don't do the place justice- the home is stunning! Such a beautiful place, clean and comfortable amenities, and the layout allows the perfect setup for lots of space, as well as the opportunity for gatherings. We loved the porch views, the private beach, roasting smores on the beach at night, and kayaking with porpoises. We hope to get the chance to return!

Peaceful beautiful property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house and property were beautifully maintained. It was very peaceful. Enjoyed walking the beach. We even used the fire pit and Adirondack chairs on the beach even though it was cool. Very thoughtful touches and amenities. Kitchen was very well equipped for eating in. Loved the views from the porch and gazebo. Secluded but easy access to anything we needed. Even played some of the board games in the closet. Checkin checkout process was a breeze and Clay was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for sharing your home away from home.

From the moment we stepped into this amazing home the view was captivating! We have been to many beach properties and honestly this is one of our most favorite. The home was very clean and Irene & Clay were very responsive with any questions we had. The beach is so close and it’s so very private! Our favorites were the sunrises and the sunsets. Being able to enjoy both was exceptional. The wildlife welcomed us as well as the sun would peak over the water in the distance. This home was very spacious and very well stocked with so much that we needed and were so happy not to have to buy including spices and soaps, cleaning products and even paper products. The beds slept so well and the decor was so wonderful- very beachy with vintage furnishings that just made the whole stay even more perfect. The house has such convenience for unloading luggage or groceries with the lift too. The first day, we booked our second stay! There’s a precious gazebo for morning coffee too and the back porch is so wonderful with a huge swing. Plenty of beach chairs and a fire pit. They thought of most everything. It’s our new sanctuary. Beautiful Home

This beach house was even better than pictured. Beds, furnishings, appliances, many other details that the host has included to make your stay wonderful and seamless.The hosts were easy to get a hold of when needed and very attentive. Beach biting flies were avoided when we realized they only came out when water was still and at certain times of day. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Gorgeous home!

This home and location is the perfect getaway. There is an in home elevator that we used for our elderly family members. Every detail was well thought out in this home. There was even a fire pit and chairs for us to use at the beach. Could not have asked for anything more.

Last minute impromptu trip

This house is beautiful and very comfortable. We absolutely loved being kind of secluded on our own little beach area. It’s about a 30 minute drive to go eat around Biloxi but it’s worth it for sure! Beds are comfy too that’s a big plus! Wear shoes outside they have stickers in the yard! lol the only thing is they need to kind of clean their side of the beach as there were sticks and wood but other than that it was totally perfect.

Spring break on the beach

Beautiful, well appointed home right on the beach! Incredible view! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch or in the gazebo! Firepit on the beach. House is very clean! Comfortable beds! Lots of games for family fun around the large table! Quiet location but close to lots of activities! Elevator really convenient for loading and unloading! An amazing place to relax and unwind with family! We would definitely return!

Great stay!

House was great! Updated and beautiful! Right on the beach! The house was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable and house was very clean! We loved having two refrigerators! The fishing was good! The water was pretty brackish when we were there but I’m told it’s not always like that. Beach was great! So peaceful and quiet! The water is shallow for a long ways out (nothing over 7 ft for as far out as our kayaks went) we enjoyed catching shrimp and crabs in our cast nets! And had a fire right on the beach! Definitely one of our best vacations full of memories!
