Cozy A-frame chalet close to beach access, just a few minutes drive from Ocean Shores and easy drive to Seabrook. Located on the end of a long dead end street safe for kids on bikes.

Full kitchen stocked by owners who enjoy cooking. New induction range and kitchen hood. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice firepit area. The house is on a huge lot with a large lawn and wooded area for brave kids and adults to explore. NEMA 14-50 plug near the driveway for EV charging and RVs (BYO cord).

Watch deer and (bear if you are lucky) wander by and listen to the ocean from the front porch.

Our two bedroom cabin can sleep six. Two in the master bedroom, two on the living room futon bed, and two in the sleeping loft. We can also accommodate tents if you feel like camping out, but maximum total occupancy on the property is 6. We have small briquette kettle bbq and a gas grill. We will provide some briquettes and fuel, and a little bit of firewood for your first fire.

You may use all of the space except for the shed, and our private locked storage space. We have more parking available than will ever need. Use whatever you like in the kitchen or fridge.

Beach access is a pleasant 1 mi walk or drive. You can drive and park on the beach.

Life on the edge of the continent can be an adventure!

Property is often visited by deer. Black bears are seen at dusk in the neighborhood. Cougar are around once in awhile.

This property is up against the Pacific Ocean. As such, power outages happen here more often than most places. Outages are usually resolved within 3-6 hours in our experience. We are on a public well that has a pump. No power means no running water. We have a fresh water dispenser in the kitchen, the well water is a little minerally.
