Sit back and listen to the ocean roar. 1 bedroom with queen bed, living area with new very comfortable sofa sleeper (replaced 12/1/2023) Flat screen TV and DVD player, full kitchen and a full newly remodeled bathroom. Very close to downtown activities, restaurants, shops and grocery. NO smoking and Small dogs okay with an additional fee. No smoking on balconies. Very similar floorplan to a timeshare I used to own in Ocean Shores, so it felt familiar and comfortable. It was nicely provisioned with extra disposables (TP, paper towels, dishwasher pods) and plenty of towels, pots and pans, silverware, etc. The inside of the unit was clean and had been refreshed with recent paint, some of the flooring, and fixtures in the bathroom. The balcony was nice with a high-top table and stools, and a chaise. The outside of the building shows the typical Ocean Shores mildew/moss problems but can't blame the unit owner for that.
