Second Floor- Room 4: King with Ensuite Room 5: Queen with Ensuite BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at the end of Greensboro st, approximately at two minute walk. Just come out the house and take a left onto E Second then a right on Greensboro, follow to the end and you’re there! HOUSE RULES: \- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE \- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old \- NO PETS \- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past. \- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time. \- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed. \- Please do not move or rearrange furniture. \- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed. \- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time. \- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings. \- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens. From the family friendly layout, to the oversized outdoor decks, to the tiki bar by the beautiful pool, this house delivers. There is top of the line furniture, the highest quality essentials, and the most thoughtful extras like a pack-n-play, a high chair, the highest quality linens, an exceptionally stocked kitchen, and hand soap in every bathroom! Finally, the location is outstanding. Beautiful views from everywhere, especially the marsh views and sunsets off the back deck.
