This spacious and thoughtfully designed home offers four bedrooms plus an upstairs den and four full bathrooms across two levels, comfortably accommodating a large group or family getaway. The main floor features a luxurious master suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with a cozy queen. Upstairs, one bedroom includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. Each of these three bedrooms has a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed and a private bath that includes a garden tub and separate shower. The den offers even more sleeping space with a sleeper sofa, privacy curtain, and a rollaway bed for extra flexibility. Throughout the home, you’ll find seven Smart TVs—one in each bedroom, plus the living room, the den, and even one by the pool—making it easy for everyone to relax with their favorite shows. The dining room seats eight, with four additional seats at the kitchen island, creating the perfect space for gathering, sharing meals, or playing games after a day at the beach. Step outside and enjoy your own private pool, which can be heated in the off-season for an additional fee. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a swim or a sandy beach walk. With keyless entry for easy check-in, a golf cart outlet under the house, and linens and towels provided for your stay, this home is all about comfort and convenience.\*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival.
