Five bedroom home in Ocean Isle’s popular Island Park community. Great home for pets and families. Island Park offers two community pools and two community docks that guests are welcome to use. The home features a wraparound porch and sits on a corner lot beside a manmade lagoon. Beautiful views and sunsets! Easy walk across street to public beach access. Neighborhood is located on the West End of Ocean Isle Beach and is generally quiet. Please review House Rules section before booking. This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home in the Island Park community of Ocean Isle! Which includes two community pools and docks. Situated on the desirable West End of Ocean Isle, tucked away quietly on the end of Sandpiper Dr. which backs up to a large pond and has a short walk to the beach access! Each bedroom and living room you will find equipped with Smart TVs for all of your streaming needs. Wifi is 1GB with a mesh network system- so you will be sure to have no issues with your streaming anywhere on this property! Kitchen: Fully stocked for all of your cooking needs (pots/ pans/ utensils) Living Room: 50" smart TV (3) large couches (2) glider chairs Plenty of room to hangout after a long day at the beach, and perfect for family game nights First Floor: Bedroom 1: (1) King w/ private bathroom (shower) Bedroom 2 : (1) Queen w/ attached bathroom (tub/shower) A large deck off the main living room and kitchen invites you to spend the evening sipping a cocktail or hanging out Second Floor: Bedroom 3: (1) Queen w/ private bathroom (shower) Bedroom 4: (1) Queen Bedroom 5: (2) Twin Bathroom 4: Tub/shower Backyard: Swings to enjoy the view over the large pond Outside Shower Entire home, with exception of storage shed and upstairs storage closet (will be locked). I do not live locally, but am available to communicate throughout your stay. We have family in the area as well as a great property management team who are able to help quickly if needed. Island Park community on the West End of Ocean Isle Beach. Includes two community pools and two community docks. Walking distance to the beach and The Isles Beach Club. The home rental does not include linens (bedding, towels, washcloths, etc.). You are welcome to rent these from one of the local vendors or bring your own. Pets allowed. We charge a non-refundable $150 pet fee per stay. The limit is one dog of any size, but please reach out if you have multiple pets. We love animals and are happy to accommodate. No cats allowed. Please ensure dogs are crated when unsupervised. The property has security cameras for safety located at the front door and back stairs.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Isle. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is extremely clean, and the communication with the host was great. The house is in a quiet and peaceful location, with the deck overlooking a beautiful lake. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Great house

We had a great time. The house was very clean and well stocked. Located in a very quiet area. Plenty of parking for at least 6 cars. King and Queen bedrooms down in main level with their own bathroom. Three upstairs with one Queen and Twin bedrooms sharing a hallway bathroom and a Queen bedroom with its own bathroom. We loved the house and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home, amazing location

Home was perfect! Very clean, and the layout was really nice for our family. There are two bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The pool was within walking distance and was just about empty most of the time. Everyone in the neighborhood was so nice. We will definitely book this home again.

Great Weekend

We stayed here with friends and family for a New Year's weekend. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials which is a must for a cook like me. Great , quiet end of the block location. Just check with the cleaning staff because they did leave some things behind like wrapping paper on the living room floor and trash on the floor in 2 bedrooms. Thinking about coming back in the summer. Thank you for sharing your home.

Sun, Sand, and Surf in OIB

This was a wonderful "home away from home" for our family. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had plenty of space for our group of 10. Even our sweet shih-tzu enjoyed her stay! It is located in a really friendly neighborhood that is just far enough away from the center of town to be convenient yet quiet. There are 2 very nice neighborhood pools (bring your own chairs, as there are NONE at the pools), one within easy walking distance from the house. Also, the pool was never crowded. The walk to the beach is pretty easy too. We rented a golf cart so that made it even easier! (We found that the golf cart wasn't really a necessity). The beds were comfortable but you must bring your own linens (bath, bed, and kitchen). It would've been nice to have had a charcoal or gas grill. Our grandsons loved watching the crabs and the turtles in the lagoon behind the house. And even though we weren't on the beach, every morning we had a view of the beautiful sunrise from the back deck. Finally, I had a question for our host on our first night there and it was answered immediately. We were so impressed with her concern for our comfort! It was a great vacation house for our crew!

The house is very spacious and comfortable. Great location and it was very quiet in the neighborhood (except for some construction going on in the next neighborhood). Nice furnishings and in great condition. Would recommend for families.

Perfect stay. Communication was great. The property was impeccably clean. We especially liked that there was no carpet anywhere. We brought our own linens and towels and it felt like home. Family beach trip

We had a great time. The house was great for our stay. My wife, parents and our 2 girls felt very comfortable at the house. We were located close to the pool and the beach was a short walk. We did rent a golf cart which came in handy. We drove it everywhere. One of our best beach trips was this one.

Beautiful!!!

From start to finish, this was a great experience! Beautiful home that housed family members in town for a wedding. Interacting with the owner was above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend. If I ever need a rental in Ocean Isle, NC again, this is where I will stay!
