Positioned on the first floor, this charming mid-island condo offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, featuring two spacious bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, all on one level. The master bedroom, with its inviting king-sized bed, comes with a private bath that includes both a tub/shower combo, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of island adventures. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, offering ample space and its own private bath with a shower, ensuring comfort for family or friends traveling together. You’ll enjoy a range of amenities, including access to a seasonal community pool where you can unwind, as well as a boat ramp for easy water access. Stay connected with secure wireless internet and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave oven and a blender, perfect for preparing meals or refreshing beverages. While this condo doesn’t offer cable service, the Smart TV allows for streaming, so you can unwind with your favorite shows and movies using your own account. Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the serene view of Jinks Creek, a perfect spot for relaxation, morning coffee, or evening sunsets. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.\* Also, golf carts are not permitted within the complex, ensuring a tranquil, traffic-free environment. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee. If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
