The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a TV for your entertainment, while the second bedroom, with both a double bed and a single, provides ample space for families or friends. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats four, or gather at the kitchen bar with four additional stools for a more casual setting. You'll love the convenience of a variety of modern amenities, including an elevator, a seasonal community pool, and an outdoor shower. Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel at home: central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, both a Keurig and a regular coffeemaker, an HD TV, and a CD and DVD player. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the condo, and step outside onto your private balcony to take in breathtaking ocean views. For added enjoyment, there are Hibachi grills and a picnic table by the pool, perfect for cooking and dining in the fresh air. With keyless entry, you’ll experience a seamless, hassle-free stay. \*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.\*All our units are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed, ensuring a clean and peaceful environment.
