  • PIERfect VIEW is a 1 bedroom Second Floor (4-sets of stairs/NO ELEVATOR) Beachfront condo that is located in the sought after Condominium Complex called Ocean Cove. The unit will accommodate a couple or a small family(4-adults and 2-children). It is PIERfect for that romantic get-away or for your young family to enjoy the beach, ocean front pool and nearby activities! The ocean front unit features updated flooring, smooth ceilings, quartz countertops, tiled back splash, counter lighting, new tile around jetted tub, brand new '25 queen sleeper sofa and queen bed. The small bunk beds are smaller than a twin and will only accommodate a child. We are most excited about our enlarged custom tiled shower with glass door!

    Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the waves and sunset on the oceanfront deck relaxing in our Andirondack style chairs and table. The main bedroom features a queen bed with a (Novaform) memory foam mattress and a whirlpool tub. Tuck the little ones in the Bunk Bed nook. A Queen sleeper sofa offers additional bedding.
    The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We have added a Keurig coffee pot for those of you who have their favorite pods to bring as well a large capacity brew pot. Both TV's are equipped with Amazon fire stick. Netflix is included along with YouTube TV app and highspeed internet. The beach and pool couldn't be any closer. The oceanfront pool provides lounge chairs for your comfort and a shower to rinse all the sand away. There is also a picnic area for grilling your fresh caught fish that you caught off the shore or pier close by. You are only a short walk from restaurants, shops, beach rentals, fishing pier, arcade, museum and putt putt golf. The unit offers a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is plenty of parking for your car and a parking tag to hang from your mirror will be in the unit for you. A storage space on the ground will be available for you to store your beach/pool items. You are welcome to use and return the items that are in the storage area.

Pierfect View has everything it promised and was exactly as seen in the photos. Very short walk to the beach and a quiet place even with all the other condos with in the complex. My family loves the place and we are looking forward to staying here again.

The condo was beautiful. In a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, a huge park that my daughter really enjoyed, put put, shopping, and the museum of costal Carolina. We enjoyed spending every morning on the patio overlooking the beach.

We had a great time at this beautiful property! The location is amazing and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and attractions. The beach is phenomenal and literally seconds from the front door. The kitchen is well stocked cookware/utensils, everything anyone would need. There is ample beach equipment in the beach closet, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc…We highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Fantastic weekend away

Great property for my family of 4. We loved the view and letting the gentle breeze come through the doorway while listening to the ocean. I’m also usually disappointed in beds in property rentals but this one was very comfortable. Lisa was also very responsive and made everything super easy.

We started coming to Ocean Isle six years ago and finally we have found our Ocean Cove paradise! The unit was very clean, updated, and matches the pictures online exactly. The new shower is huge and makes cleaning up after a beach day quick and easy.

View was wonderful and several restaurants in walking distance. Lisa was great to work with. The only drawback was the sheet rental. Bring your own if you can as the quality was poor or maybe find a different rental company on your own.
