In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee. If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited. This place provided more than enough space for our party of 14, including the elderly, the teenagers, and the younger kids. there are plenty of activities close by to keep the kids busy (mini-golf, beach, jet skis) and the community is friendly and diverse. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the beds were all comfortable. We chose to bring our own linens instead of using the linen service.
